Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager (IT Audit)

[What the role is]

You will be part of a the Group Internal Audit Team that carries out integrated audits, IT audits and Continuous audits on the Tote Board Group entities (comprising Tote Board, Singapore Pools, and Singapore Turf Club), which are public and private sector organisations, operating in a regulated and digital-driven environment.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities would include leveraging data analytics to enhance governance, risk management and internal controls by performing data-driven IT audits. You will develop analytical audit plans, perform automated testing and data mining, conduct quantitative reviews, and develop/maintain data analytics scripts, systems and analytics platforms. You will create audit dashboards, analyse datasets to identify anomalies and control weaknesses, and apply cybersecurity analytics.

The role will report into the Head of Department (IT Audit) or equivalent.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements

  • Background in Data Analytics, Finance or Computer Science/Cybersecurity related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Candidate with professional certification relating to data analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist/Certified Data Analyst or ACL would have an added advantage.

  • Experienced in review of business processes, financial reconciliation, fraud detection and cybersecurity related trends.

  • High level of proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and VBA with experience in using audit analytics software (such as Tableau and ACL) is preferred. Knowledge of C and C++ programming languages is an advantage but not essential.

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills for presenting complex findings to stakeholders (both written and oral).

  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail and the ability to suggest improvements in optimising work processes to value add to the stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
