YOUR ROLE AS A:
We’re looking for a strong, all-rounded videographer who can take ownership of video projects from concept to final delivery. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, technical execution, and the ability to manage projects in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality video content across campaigns, events, and digital platforms — while also guiding junior team members and ensuring consistency in output and brand standards.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Video Production: Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality video content across campaigns, events, and corporate communications. Handle end-to-end production, including pre-production planning, filming, lighting, and audio setup.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams to develop visual concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
Editing & Post-Production: Edit content with a strong storytelling, pacing and attention to detail. Ensure final outputs are polished, on-brand, and optimised for multiple platforms (social, web, broadcast).
Equipment Management: Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio and equipment. Ensure proper setup and care of production gears.
Quality Control: Maintain consistent visual style, colour grading, and audio quality standards across all projects.
Project Management: Manage timelines, priorities and deliverables across multiple projects.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior videographers, editors, and freelancers. Share best practices and help elevate overall team capability.
Innovation: Stay up to date with video trends, editing techniques, and emerging production technologies. Leverage AI tools where relevant to support the editing process.
WHO YOU ARE:
5+ years of experience in videography and editing (agency or in-house experience preferred)
Advanced proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
Strong technical skills in cinematography, lighting, and audio recording.
Demonstrated ability to tell stories visually with creativity and impact.
Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of video work.
