The Strategic Channel Manager is a customer-facing commercial leader responsible for driving growth, product positioning, and operational execution across ultrasound. This role impacts solutions, projects, and programs across the business, influencing commercial priorities and shaping execution strategies. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Commercial Execution

  • Define and implement 1–3 year strategic plans to drive orders and sales growth across distribution ultrasound sales segments.
  • Lead product positioning and go-to-market strategies to ensure competitive differentiation and customer alignment.
  • Influence commercial priorities and contribute to broader strategy and policy development.
  • Execute cross-P&L customer purchases and lead account teams to secure large, strategic deals.
  • Strategic Distribution Focus

  • Own pricing strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and profitability goals.
  • Lead product positioning initiatives to support sales enablement and customer engagement.
  • Manage forecasting and PSI (Purchasing, Sales, Inventory) processes to ensure supply chain efficiency and demand planning accuracy.
  • Animal Segment Focus

  • Manage large, complex deals including pricing, structuring, and execution.
  • Drive product management across veterinary segments, ensuring portfolio alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute segment-specific campaigns and messaging.
  • Ensure operational rigor in PSI, shipment tracking, change order management, and accounts payable coordination.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

  • Develop specialized knowledge of commercial developments and communicate insights to influence stakeholders.
  • Use data analysis and technical expertise to support recommendations and decision-making.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and lead small projects with moderate risk and resource requirements.
  • Build consensus and develop persuasive communication strategies to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $108,000.00-$162,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
