The Executive Training Program Coordinator supports the delivery of one or more structured learning programs targeted at senior and executive audiences. This role requires experience working with executive stakeholders and participants, including a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness. The Training Program Coordinator ensures that training events are efficiently scheduled, well-supported, and executed to deliver a seamless learning experience for participants and facilitators.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning & Coordination
o Collaborate with the Training Program Manager to align on training delivery timelines and session requirements.
o Maintain a detailed training calendar, ensuring alignment with business needs and facilitator availability.
o Coordinate schedules with executive speakers and arrange speaking engagements.
Training Logistics & Execution
o Coordinate with Learning & Development teams to ensure training events are set up in the learning platforms and facilitator assignments are made.
o Coordinate with corporate properties and IT teams to schedule and set up classrooms as needed.
o Manage end-to-end logistics for live training events, including invitations, materials, technology setup, and learner communications.
o Monitor attendance, troubleshoot issues in real time, and escalate concerns as needed.
o Attend sessions and provide on-site support as needed
Stakeholder Engagement
o Serve as the program point of contact for logistical inquiries related to training sessions.
o Communicate regularly with facilitators and support teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
o Provide timely updates to the Training Program Manager and escalate risks or issues that may impact delivery.
o Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leaders and executive participants regarding training logistics, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Program Monitoring & Reporting
o Track participation, cancellations, and no-shows for each session.
o Support the collection of learner feedback and session evaluations.
o Maintain accurate records of training activities and logistics.
o Contribute to post-session reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
o Attend training sessions periodically to validate the effectiveness of logistics execution and the quality of the experience.
o Identify implement improvements to process, training logistics and learner experience in partnership with the Training Program Manager.
o Support the use of best practices and templates across programs where applicable.
Vendor management (if applicable)
o Administer vendor site
o Pull reporting from vendor site
o Track license usage
o Contribute to third-party risk reviews and performance meetings
Executive Audience Support
o Support learning experiences designed for senior leaders and executives, where expectations for quality, responsiveness, and professionalism are high.
o Ensure communications, materials, and session logistics reflect executive‑level standards.
o Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive schedules, materials, or participant information.
Required Skills
• Experience in training coordination, event planning, or program support
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and scheduling tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with learning management systems and adult learning environments
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
• Experience supporting programs, events, or initiatives for senior leaders or executive audiences.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, executive‑ready communications.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
