  • Managing the on-going business and performance management activities.

  • Providing data, analysis, assessment, and recommendations to the management in relation to performance management and reporting.

  • Tracking and reviewing sales performance from initiation to disbursement/ activation/ installed

  • Tracking and reviewing business performance/campaigns/initiatives, highlighting results and material variances and exceptions

  • Supporting the Head of Direct Channel in all data related matters including but not limited to data accuracy, relevancy, and confidentiality.

  • Compiling and distributing the relevant periodic management/regulatory reporting.

  • Supporting the Direct Channel team on any ad hoc request and/or projects.

  • Handle file transfer from BMF HQ and ensure all documents are complete and all information is accurate.

  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.

  • Undertaking responsibilities of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

  • Acts as the liaison person to the relevant stakeholders in relation to all sales performance management and reporting related matters.

  • Work closely with Business Compliance, Group Enterprise Banking on compliance related matters

  • Attending and updating of the department’s procedural/ operation manual, Regulatory Reports and its compliance.
