JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Function:

• Responsible for managing all Third Party Packing / Manufacturing (TPM) operations related to Line Operations,GMP, Qulaity, Inventory Management, Documention, RCA/Change Management & Projects related work.

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a Secondary Production Operation at TPM.

• Manage all packaging materials to support secondary packing activities.

• Inventory Management at TPM. Ensuring adequate space availability by maintaining close coordination with the Site Goods-Out Manager on the Pouch movement & space occupancy at TPM.

• Creating a packaging material plan to support uninterrupted manufacturing activities.

• Verification of Maintenance, GMP & GDP at TPM operation.

• Support the development and implementation of strategies/plans to improve the overall supply chain capabilities.

• Responsible for minimizing the risk of obsolete materials.

• Review TPM output performance on a daily, weekly & monthly basis & anticipate capacity constraints & create contingency plans.

• Communicate delays in the supply of finished goods to the Central planning team.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality & other relevant functions in carrying out RCA/Change Management for any process non-conformity events.

Education:

• Graduate / Post Graduate with 3-4 years of  experince in Secondary Packing Line / Supply chain.

• Should have working knowledge of SAP & Warehouse Management system.
