[What the role is]
As a support staff, your role is to support policies and schemes in specific functional areas.[What you will be working on]
As member of a team which manages the development of assessments at ITE Colleges and external co-training partners, you will provide operational support in the following areas:
- Development and production of paper-based and digital examination papers.
- Setup and maintenance of item and paper banks.
- Monitoring and procurement of examination stationery to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Preparation of sample examination papers.
- Management of assets and store.
- Management of web content and examination systems.
[What we are looking for]
- More than 2 years of work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able work well in teams.
- Meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems.
