Handle day to day operations in the Mall to ensure operations are kept up to the highest quality standards and meet all customers’ requirements.
Coordinate with mall team & suppliers, contractor employees to oversee mall operations regarding facilities & services provided.
Supervise and manage staffs inclusive of Customer Service team, Operation Executive & Mall IT team.
Support the team to deal, solve complaint or Public/ Tenant’s defects that need to be rectified.
Management of staff recruitment, training/development and succession planning.
Implement cost-efficiency program with planned targets and improving efficiencies in all operational areas.
Ensure mall operation policies and procedures are duly followed by tenants, service providers, contractors, etc including Safety Standards.
Identify & inform management of any Health & Safety Risk Related to the Mall Building that may affect employees, contractors and general public.
Forecast and plan budget for Mall operations for both OPEX & CAPEX.
Control expenses for all operation items within the approve budget.
Comply with Finance, Operation Internal control processes and systems (i.e. monitor purchase comply & follow FAL).
To manage the term contract of all outsource suppliers to make sure that negotiation for renewal/ tender is done before expiry day.

Candidates must be capable of solving problems, dealing with customers and tenants.
Candidates should possess high sense of negotiation skill to achieve goals of work
Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in Retail management and hospitality
Candidates must demonstrate outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to work with multi-culture and multi-tasks environment
Good command of English and Vietnamese
Good ability to use Office computer software
Good at team working as well as working independently
