Northrop Grumman Chief Information & Digital Office is looking for a senior level Executive PC Support Technician to provide IT and technical support to Northrop Grumman Executives, including Presidents, Corporate Officers, Vice Presidents, Executive Assistants, as well as other senior leaders and stakeholders. Located at the Corporate Headquarters in Falls Church, VA.  The incumbent independently determines and develops approaches to solve Executive IT issues, and recommends improvements, to enhance the Executive’s IT experience and/or functionality.  The incumbent works under general direction, and minimal supervision, only. The employee will work in a fast-paced environment to resolve issues quickly and efficiently with tact and diplomacy.

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform administrative and operational support for executive offices, desktops, mobile phones, tablets, multimedia/MTR devices, as well as other executive travel IT equipment
  • Diagnosing and repairing IT software issues and problems, to include M365 products and other Microsoft Office software products
  • We have multiple sites in the Northern Virginia area, candidates must be willing to work at each of the sites, based on the needs of the business and customer.
  • Responsible for set up and maintenance of conference room environments and various A/V equipment

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have at minimum, 6 years of IT or relevant technical experience with a High School Diploma OR an associate’s degree with 4 years of IT or relevant technical experience.
  • Must have experience in support of corporate executives, senior leadership, or other high level decision makers
  • Experienced using ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Windows 11, M365, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment
  • Must have a professional demeanor, to include strong verbal communication and customer service skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance is preferred
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and 2 years of experience providing IT support to Executive level leadership
  • Ability to navigate complex situations with tact and poise
  • CompTia A+ or CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certification preferred
  • Proficiency in remote administration (VPN) and troubleshooting of desktop PCs is highly desirable
  • Experience in Active Directory configuring user and computer account
  • Experience supporting Citrix Workspace (EVW)
  • Experience supporting Win11 and Bitlocker in a corporate environment
  • HP and Dell Warranty Support Certification extremely helpful

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,600.00 - $121,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
