This role is responsible for Floor Operations, meeting assigned KPIs with in TAT, monitoring floor associates to ensure hourly productivity is achieved as expected, updating standard MIS, publishing timely reports through mails to all stake holders, coordinating with cross functional in order to fulfill the requirements, attending to queries raised by the client & Internal stakeholders, coordinating with respective POC for any Ops related error cases and close timely.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performing inventory hygiene activities.
- Conducting team huddles.
- Ensure floor hygiene.
- Preparing shift roster.
- Conducting refreshment training to ground associates.
- Performing weekly asset audit.
- Updating standard MIS tracker.
- Maintaining 5S & ensure adhering to safety norms.
- Must plan the forecast and make necessary arrangements in all aspects of Operations.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 Years of working experience in any 3PL or similar industry.
- Must be a graduate.
- Strong inventory analytical skills.
- Must be flexible in rotational shift.
- Must have experience in handling ground associates in any 3P.
- Holding WMS & ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Must be passionate about WH operations.
- Must be flexible to accept any dynamic changes and accept the business requirement.
- This role demands 6 days working.
