About the Role
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing protocol arrangements for official corporate events.Protocol Planning & Event Execution
Develop event concepts and plans, including rundowns, seating arrangements, guest flow, and ceremonial procedures.
Manage reception and handling of VIPs, government officials, strategic partners, and institutional guests.
Escort and coordinate the movement of Directors/Commissioners during official events.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with internal & external (e.g. ministries, government agencies, other SOEs, and external partners) regarding protocol arrangements.
Work closely with internal departments (Corporate Communication, General Affairs, Security, Corporate Secretary) to ensure smooth event execution.
Administration & Documentation
Prepare and maintain protocol documents such as guest lists, invitations, event files, and post-event reports.
Provide briefing materials, protocol guidelines, and event notes for the Board of Directors/Commissioners.
Security & Etiquette
Ensure VIP security and comfort by coordinating with internal and external security teams.
Maintain company image by upholding proper corporate etiquette and professional protocol standards.
