The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company’s Corporate Communications team is seeking an Executive Office Administrator (EOA) to join its defense and space business supporting the team in Berkeley, MO or Arlington, VA. We are looking for a broad range of experience including Executive Office Administration for multiple senior-level leaders and an interest in communications and brand.
This role will support several executives, providing planning and logistics support for internal and external meetings and events, providing purchasing and procurement support for the BDS Communications team, supporting team operations, and working closely with other Executive Office Administrators and teammates across BDS, the Communications team, and the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will be highly capable with Outlook calendar management, travel and expense coordination and reporting, supply ordering, and the Microsoft Office software suite, and will be experienced with – or open to learning – advanced Communications planning tools, including those enabled by artificial intelligence. Successful candidates are well organized, possess a high degree of professionalism and discretion, team well with others, can operate in fast-paced environments, and have experience supporting a global team. Additionally, they will be proactive, demonstrate a robust attention to detail and ability to adjust priorities efficiently and effectively. They can also quickly familiarize themselves at a high level with new issues, as well as pivot from supporting work from one issue to the next.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate positive working relationships at all levels, with strong collaboration, communication and people skills. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
