About You:

Compliance Management & Tracking

  • Maintain and update the compliance tracker for all managed properties (e.g., Fire NOC, Lift License, Electrical Safety, Pollution Control Board, Building Stability Certificate, etc.).
  • Ensure all statutory licenses, approvals, and NOCs are valid and renewed before expiry.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify availability and validity of compliance documents.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain soft and hard copies of all compliance documents in an organized repository.
  • Ensure documents are verified, signed, and filed as per audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with site teams and vendors for submission of compliance proofs.

Coordination with Authorities & Vendors

  • Liaise with government bodies, statutory authorities, and approved vendors for obtaining or renewing licenses.
  • Support Facility Managers during inspections or audits conducted by statutory agencies.

Compliance Audit Support

  • Facilitate internal and external audits by providing required documents and records.
  • Highlight non-compliances and coordinate closure of audit observations.

Regulatory Updates

  • Keep abreast of changes in local/state/national regulations related to property and building management (e.g., fire safety, environmental norms, energy efficiency).
  • Update management and teams on new or revised statutory requirements.

Reporting

  • Prepare and circulate monthly/quarterly compliance status reports for all sites.
  • Escalate pending or critical renewals to senior management on time.

Risk Mitigation & Governance

  • Identify compliance risks and propose mitigation measures.
  • Ensure company’s compliance policy and SOPs are adhered to across all sites.

About You:
 Graduate
Minimum Experience – 7+ Years
 Experience within the Facility industry
 Strong written and oral communication skills
 High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
