The Executive Meetings & Event Technology Specialist delivers high‑quality technical and operational support for executive‑level meetings and high‑attendance events across LexisNexis Legal & Professional.
You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders and executive assistants, ensuring seamless execution of executive meetings, town halls, and strategic events. This position also owns the technology and operational readiness of the auditorium, executive boardroom, and associated high‑profile meeting spaces in the Raleigh office.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver reliable, white‑glove support for executive‑level meetings and events, ensuring all sessions for senior leaders, executive teams, and high‑attendance audiences run smoothly, professionally, and without interruption.
- Serve as the primary technical owner for the auditorium, executive boardroom, and associated high‑profile meeting spaces, maintaining deep expertise in all AV, conferencing, and room‑control technologies and ensuring these environments are consistently event‑ready.
- Provide proactive advisory support to executives and Executive Assistants, offering guidance on meeting setup, technology readiness, risk mitigation, and best practices to ensure exceptional meeting experiences.
- Operate and troubleshoot complex audio‑visual systems and collaboration platforms (including Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms) during executive meetings, high‑visibility events, and global town halls, taking decisive action to resolve issues under pressure.
- Conduct pre‑event checks, room validations, and technical walkthroughs, identifying potential issues early and collaborating with the appropriate teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Partner with I&O, Facilities, Corporate Communications, and other key stakeholders to coordinate logistics, technology, communication flow, and event production requirements for executive‑level engagements.
- Document and maintain room procedures, event workflows, and standards, identifying opportunities to simplify, improve, and enhance the reliability of executive meeting operations.
- Model Advancing Leader behaviors by building strong relationships, demonstrating accountability, communicating clearly, and contributing to continuous improvement across the Collaboration & Event Technology function.
- Support events outside of standard business hours as required to meet executive and organizational needs.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting executive‑level customers or high‑visibility meeting environments.
- 2-year technical degree or Bachelor’s degree required; technical certifications and/or equivalent work experience
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure in time‑sensitive, high‑stakes environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, conferencing platforms (including Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms), and event technology.
- Experience with auditorium or conference center operations, event production workflows, or high‑end AV environments.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $58,000 - $96,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
