The Strategy & Relationship Pricing domain for Business Banking partners across the bank to shape pricing strategies and build the tools that empower bankers, strengthen customer trust, and drive growth.

We’re hiring an Executive Manager – Relationship & Payments to lead our Relationship Pricing function and our Payments Pricing & Billing Centre of Excellence.

Our focus is on building scalable, data‑driven pricing capabilities and transforming how we price and bill our customers. Together, we design smart, relationship‑led pricing, create tools that lift customer value, and deliver simpler, safer and more consistent pricing experiences while driving modernisation across the end‑to‑end customer journey.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead the vision, strategy and execution of pricing across Business Banking’s relationship and payments divisions. Drive transformation, uplift governance, and lead a multidisciplinary team of pricing and billing experts, with accountability for four direct and two indirect reports.

  • Define and execute pricing strategy across Relationship Pricing and Payments, aligned to Business Banking and Payments objectives

  • Lead the Relationship Pricing and Payments Pricing & Billing Centre of Excellence teams driving standardised and compliant practices

  • Deliver pricing tools, insights and processes that improve frontline effectiveness and customer experience

  • Own pricing and billing governance frameworks, including delegations, controls and decision standards

  • Represent pricing in bank-wide transformation initiatives, including Integrated Pricing & Billing

  • Establish analytical frameworks and dashboards to track pricing performance and benefits realisation

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across pricing strategy, analytics, governance and systems

You’re an experienced, people‑centred leader who knows how to inspire, empower and grow high‑performing teams while steering bold, enterprise‑wide outcomes.

  • Are highly experienced Executive leaders with expertise across pricing, commercial strategy and product management within financial services

  • Understand how to design and govern robust pricing frameworks, balancing risk, control and commercial ambition

  • Bring sharp commercial judgement with an ability to optimise customer, shareholder and risk outcomes

  • Communicate with clarity and confidence, translating complex pricing concepts into meaningful decisions

  • Harness data and analytics to drive pricing strategy and performance

  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across frontline, product, risk, finance and technology

  • Have built, developed and empowered high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams that deliver exceptional outcomes
