Job Summary:

The IT Executive Support position is a white gloves support position dedicated to a group of executives. This role will provide an outstanding level of support to meet the demanding needs of the executives. The employee will drive issue resolution for IT problems the executives may have. It is critical in this role that the employee be able to inspire confidence for the executives so that they feel their issues are being handled with urgency, even when they can’t be immediately resolved, along with the ability to adjust to changing priorities. This employee should seamlessly blend expertise in both customer service and technical problem solving.

Essential Job Functions:

The following are general responsibilities expected for this role, the ability to troubleshoot new situations is critical to this role.

  • Respond to and resolve Executive requests in all forms (email, phone, etc.)
  • High level of availability, full time 5 days a week in the Atlanta office, and off-hour emergencies
  • Work with Executive assistants to forecast potential IT issues and ensure technology is tested and support is available during critical events
  • Communicate regularly with the executive team to understand any issues they may be having and provide a variety of solutions proactively
  • Collaborate with staff, both internally and externally to resolve outstanding issues
  • Maintain confidential and private information
  • Any other duties as assigned

Specific Skills/ Attributes:

  • Excellent ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows and Mac computers
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting/web conferencing applications, and other common business applications
  • Excellent understanding of email clients and calendar services
  • Experience with troubleshooting printers and basic networking issues
  • Experience with office telephony equipment
  • Support and troubleshoot the use of Audio-Visual presentation equipment
  • Assist in the management of vendors specific to the executive team (ISP, phone, audio visual)

Qualifications:

  • A college degree is preferred and minimum of 5-7 years of Information Technology experience or related work experience, HS diploma is required.
  • Must have experience managing high-priority, high-pressure situations
  • Must possess organizational proficiency to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, provide timely and consistent updates while addressing issues
  • Ability to work with little supervision while remaining highly productive
  • Must be highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to achieving results and have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through to resolution.
