Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Draft UAT objectives, scope, acceptance criteria, and timelines based on new Card System functional specifications.
Contribute to requirement studies and provide relevant functional insights for projects related to the Card System.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop UAT test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
Coordinate and manage business users’ UAT by working closely with functional units.
Review and follow up on change/service requests related to Card System enhancements.
Maintain accurate records of test results, defect logs, and test coverage.
Prepare UAT test reports and project progress reports for stakeholders.
Ensure timely resolution of defects and issues identified during testing.
Provide regular status updates and test summary reports to project teams and management.
Draft post-implementation documentation, including project files and user guides, for Cards Business Department and other teams.
Monitor and resolve issues encountered during and after implementation to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAT coordination, system integration, or related roles.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Card System functionalities and integration processes.
Proficient in drafting test plans, test cases, and defect management.
Familiarity with project tracking tools and UAT methodologies.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
