Executive, Integration Support

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft UAT objectives, scope, acceptance criteria, and timelines based on new Card System functional specifications.

• Contribute to requirement studies and provide relevant functional insights for projects related to the Card System.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop UAT test cases based on functional and technical specifications.

• Coordinate and manage business users’ UAT by working closely with functional units.

• Review and follow up on change/service requests related to Card System enhancements.

• Maintain accurate records of test results, defect logs, and test coverage.

• Prepare UAT test reports and project progress reports for stakeholders.

• Ensure timely resolution of defects and issues identified during testing.

• Provide regular status updates and test summary reports to project teams and management.

• Draft post-implementation documentation, including project files and user guides, for Cards Business Department and other teams.

• Monitor and resolve issues encountered during and after implementation to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAT coordination, system integration, or related roles.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Card System functionalities and integration processes.

• Proficient in drafting test plans, test cases, and defect management.

• Familiarity with project tracking tools and UAT methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
