Job Title: Executive – IB MIS & Analytics
Job Location: Mumbai, India
Job Summary
The Executive – IB MIS & Analytics is responsible for analysing business data, tracking performance metrics, and developing reports, dashboards, and automated tools that enable informed decision‑making. This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve data visibility, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy within service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps
Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Performance Management & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance
Design, build, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to support operational and leadership reviews
Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve reporting accuracy and relevance
Tools & Analytics Enablement
Develop data‑driven models and tools to support operational and strategic decision‑making
Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and data processes
Design and implement workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Recommend data‑driven process improvements based on analysis and best practices
Serve as a point of contact for analytics and automation best practices within the team
Required Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years of experience in business data analysis, MIS, or analytics roles (preferably within service or operations environments)
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting)
Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce (SFDC)
Working knowledge of JIRA for data tracking or reporting
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
Qualification: Engineer degree / Post Graduate (MBA)
