1. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lecturer Support
Coordinate lecturer recruitment, appointment, deployment, and onboarding.
Manage class scheduling, including timetabling, venue allocation, and teaching assignments.
Administer teaching and marking fee payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide operational, academic and logistics support to lecturers to ensure smooth class delivery.
Work closely with university partners and academics to address teaching, assessment, and student-related issues.
Coordinate course evaluations, class observations and end-of-semester lecturer feedback.
Build strong working relationships with local and visiting lecturers.
Initiate continuous improvement efforts to enhance lecturer satisfaction and teaching quality.
Compile teaching award lists for management review
Operational Support
Perform administrative and operational duties to support programme delivery.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Scheduling, IT, Facilities, Library) on programme-related matters.
Collaborate with university partners and operational teams to plan, organise and implement processes and work activities.
Coordinate programme structure, module changes, curriculum updates and system setup.
Prepare and disseminate lecturer and student communications.
Prepare and maintain documentation and ensure operational processes are in compliance with internal and external quality assurance requirements.
Compile and generate statistical reports when required.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and operational efficiency.
Customer Service
Offer prompt and quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and address student and lecturer feedback professionally and in a timely manner.
Marketing and Institute-wide activities
To participate in Open House and support outreach events.
To support other marketing related functions when assigned.
To support institution-wide graduation and examination duties.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Academic Qualification and Work Experience
Degree with minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience

Meticulous, process-oriented, and results-driven.
Independent, resourceful, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player with good communication skills, able to work cross-functionally.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
