About the Role:
- Operations Management: Manage daily operations to ensure the cafeteria runs smoothly, especially during peak hours.
- Visitor Management: Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors/clients to the appropriate person or office.
- Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, as well as managing emails.
- Administrative Support: Sorting and distributing mail, maintaining files, updating calendars, and managing documentation.
- Front Office Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped with necessary supplies.
- Security & Safety: Monitoring visitor access, maintaining logbooks, and issuing badges.
- Support Roles: Assisting with clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, and filing.
About You:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for professional interactions.
- Customer Service: A friendly, patient, and proactive approach to resolving guest complaints or issues.
- Multitasking: The ability to prioritize multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and office equipment like printers and fax machines.
