Job Title: Food & Beverage Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Facilities / Administration
Reports To: F & B Manager
Role Overview
The Food & Beverage Executive will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality food and beverage services within the IT/ITES office environment. This role ensures employee satisfaction through efficient cafeteria operations, vendor coordination, hygiene compliance, and cost control while maintaining a premium experience aligned with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
•    Cafeteria Operations Management:
•    Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafeteria and pantry services.
•    Ensure timely availability of meals, snacks, and beverages for employees.
•    Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
•    Liaise with catering vendors for menu planning, quality checks, and timely service.
•    Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance against SLAs.
•    Quality & Hygiene Compliance:
•    Implement and monitor food safety standards (FSSAI compliance).
•    Conduct regular audits for hygiene and cleanliness in food preparation and serving areas.
•    Employee Experience:
•    Address feedback and complaints related to food and beverage services promptly.
•    Organize special food events or theme days to enhance employee engagement.
•    Inventory & Cost Control:
•    Manage stock of pantry items and beverages.
•    Track consumption and control wastage to optimize costs.
•    Reporting & Documentation:
•    Maintain records of vendor invoices, consumption reports, and compliance checklists.
•    Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
Skills & Qualifications
•    Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality or related field.
•    2–4 years of experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in corporate or IT/ITES setups.
•    Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
•    Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
•    Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Certifications
•    FSSAI Food Safety Supervisor Certification
•    Basic First Aid & Fire Safety Certification (for emergency preparedness)
