SCOPE OF WORKS (SOW)
Facility Executive-Soft Service
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily soft services operations including housekeeping, pantry, façade cleaning, and waste management.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all office areas as per defined standards.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with vendors for manpower deployment, consumables, and service quality.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and consumables.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance guidelines.
- Handle client interactions, address service-related concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on soft services performance and activities.
- Support in planning and execution of events, deep cleaning, and periodic maintenance activities.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and training of soft service staff.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of operational issues.
- Assist Facility Manager in audits, documentation, and continuous improvement
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, chemicals, and equipment.
- Problem‑solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation
