About the America’ s Technology Advisory Team

The Technology Advisory team empowers JLL Work Dynamics to transform how enterprise occupier clients achieve their real estate, sustainability, and technology objectives through innovative technology solutions and data-driven insights. We serve as strategic technology partners, leveraging both current capabilities and emerging technologies to unlock operational efficiencies, enhance workplace experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes. Our role encompasses identifying, implementing, and optimizing technology ecosystems that support Work Dynamics' mission to create more sustainable, connected, and intelligent workplace environments while positioning JLL as the industry leader in technology-enabled real estate services. 

Role Purpose

Serve as the senior technology executive and strategic leader for JLL WD’s Industrials Division, holding accountability for the complete technology landscape and business strategy. As a key member of the division's leadership team, define and execute technology-driven growth initiatives, market differentiation strategies, and client success programs that position JLL as the industry's premier technology partner. Own the strategic vision for how technology transforms client operations while orchestrating cross-functional execution to deliver exceptional outcomes and accelerate market expansion across all Industrials Division clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive client satisfaction and market differentiation by ensuring JLL's technology-enabled solutions exceed client expectations and position JLL as the industry leader in real estate technology.
  • Proactively coordinate resolution of client issues and remove barriers that could hinder growth or retention across all Industrials Division accounts and technology implementations.
  • Enable contract expansion and growth by identifying opportunities for existing clients to adopt additional technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and value.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination of technology advisors, delivery resources, and account teams to optimize client outcomes and support pursuit success.
  • Own technology strategy communication by translating client needs to product teams and articulating division-specific technology value propositions to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years enterprise sales or strategic consulting experience at global organizations
  • Deep expertise in Corporate Real Estate services and outsourced operations
  • Proven track record building C-Suite relationships and delivering results in Fortune 500 environments
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CRE technology landscape (PropTech, IWMS, Smart Buildings, IoT)
