We’re seeking an exceptional people leader with deep agribusiness and commercial banking expertise to step into the Executive Director role within our SAS leadership team.

Our Specialised Agribusiness Solutions (SAS) team provides dedicated, end‑to‑end banking support to a diverse portfolio of large family-owned, corporate, and investment-grade agribusiness customers across Australia.
With the continued success and momentum of the SAS business, we are strengthening our leadership structure to support future growth. This Executive Director role has been designed to provide strategic direction, strong people leadership, and disciplined execution, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and our people.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, SAS, you will play a pivotal role in setting direction, building capability, and driving performance across an established and highly respected team. While the role is Brisbane-based, meaningful regional travel is a key component, reflecting the national footprint of our customers.
Do Work That Matters
As Executive Director, you will be recognised as a trusted leader and subject-matter expert across agribusiness banking, credit, risk and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in developing and executing customer acquisition and growth strategies, particularly across larger and more complex pre‑ and post‑farm‑gate customers.
Through strong coaching, mentoring and leadership, you’ll create an environment where people can perform at their best — delivering sustainable growth, disciplined risk outcomes, and exceptional customer experiences.
