Job Summary
Responsible for acting as a personal and confidential administrative support to the CFO of Comcast Business and his staff. This role will be a hybrid of both administrative duties (calendar/meeting maintenance, T&E, etc.) as well as some entry level financial duties like reviewing/proofing presentations for budget/forecasting meetings, SLT round tables and C-suite level engagement. Maintains knowledge of corporate activities to assist in policy, procedure and administrative matters. Performs responsibilities in such a way as to project the appropriate professional image of the Company. Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in own area. Core Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of internal meetings and presentations; gathers and prepares necessary materials and/or equipment.
Screens telephone calls, visitors and letters; answers routine questions and furnishes information.
Assures the planning and coordination of the executive's calendar of events; schedules appointments and prepares detailed itineraries, complete with travel accommodations etc.
Support event planning and execution for in-person, hybrid, and virtual team events including speaker and guest support, vendor management, and communications support.
Participates in or leads, portions of multiple projects at one time, such as, providing analysis, reporting, project communications, or training for a project.
Develops, maintains and communicates project metrics on an ongoing basis for one or more project teams; develops project status communication presentations, as needed.
Assures the maintenance of travel and expense account and records, including form preparation and figure reconciliation.
Displays a strong knowledge of desktop tools such as the Microsoft Suite of Office products and electronic mail systems.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
