Executive, Company Secretarial
AirAsia brand co.(Abc.), Kuala Lumpur
Demonstrate expertise as an Executive, Company Secretary.
Perform assigned duties with high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and quality.
Contribute effectively to departmental and company objectives.
Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and operational procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Assist in maintaining statutory registers, filings, and records for the company.
Ensure timely submission of statutory forms, annual returns, and filings with the relevant authorities.
Monitor updates to laws and regulations and support the implementation of required changes.
Board & Shareholder Support
Assist in preparing board and committee meeting materials, including notices, agendas, and minutes.
Support communications between shareholders and the company, including notices for AGMs and EGMs.
Draft and maintain accurate resolutions, circulars, and corporate documentation.
Corporate Governance & Documentation
Ensure corporate documents reflect business and legal requirements accurately.
Assist in implementing best practices in corporate governance.
Maintain organized and secure records, both electronic and physical.
Collaboration & Team Support
Work collaboratively within a fast-paced and diverse environment.
Provide cross-support to colleagues and internal stakeholders as required.
Contribute to departmental initiatives and support other entities under the guidance of the Company Secretary.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a corporate secretarial or compliance role.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Flexible, proactive, and willing to learn, taking on new challenges as they arise.
Strong multitasking ability, able to work independently and under pressure with good time management.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Ability to understand business drivers and align secretarial work to organizational needs.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels, across diverse cultures.
Inclusive mindset, capable of working effectively with different cultures, skill levels, and ways of working.
