1) Digital & Social Media Management
Develop engaging content, schedules, and visual posters specifically for the HLISB LinkedIn platform.
Monitor the HLISB website and implement necessary adjustments to ensure up-to-date information.
Coordinate with various Business Units to manage the HLISB web asset scheduler.
2) Event Coordination & Employee Engagement
Assist the Communications, Events & CSR (CCSR) team in the preparation and execution of employee engagement activities and exhibitions.
Develop visual materials for internal communications directed at HLISB staff.
Support the team with various deliverables and provide departmental support when the manager is unavailable.
3) Content Writing & Quality Control
Review and vet documents in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Draft submissions for industry awards when required.
