What You’ll Do
The Executive Chef is responsible for leading all culinary operations within the hospital’s Food & Nutrition Services department. This role oversees menu development, food production, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction to ensure safe, high-quality, and nutritious meals for patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
Culinary degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years high-volume culinary leadership; healthcare preferred.
Experience supervising diverse culinary teams. Certifications
SERVSAFE Manager certification required within 90 days of employment.
