How you will crate an impact
Strategic Planning and Initiative Management
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of key business initiatives with the Chief Digital Officer, to ensure alignment of initiatives to organizational priorities across multiple geographies, regions, and business lines.
Partner with Data, Digital & AI Leaders to develop multi-year strategic roadmaps that incorporate emerging technologies and business needs as well as identify and prioritize high impact initiatives, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic goals.
Establish frameworks and processes for integrated project planning, ensuring that initiatives are well-defined, resourced, and executed.
Maintain consistent engagement with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to build a strong relationship and shared vision for the right outcomes.
Provide recommendations and solutions to improve policies, procedures, resource management, and other operational challenges.
Regularly assess and adjust plans to address changing business requirements.
Leadership and Organizational Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Digital Officer, providing insights, recommendations, and support to facilitate decision-making. Partner with Business leaders on cross-functional initiatives to drive seamless execution.
Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and communications to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
Facilitate the effective prioritization of the CDO’s agenda, ensuring focus on the highest value activities. Act as a liaison across senior leadership to align cross-functional goals, resolve escalations and drive initiatives forward.
Cultivate strong relationship with stakeholders and drive stakeholder engagement strategies to foster commitment to shared goals.
Lead efforts to enhance leadership and employee engagement as well as foster a positive organizational culture.
Financial Management and Resource Optimization
Lead financial planning and management for the Data, Digital & AI organization, including budgeting, forecasting and expense tracking.
Develop strategies to optimize resource allocation, ensuring efficiency and alignment with long-term objectives.
Provide financial insights to the CDO and senior leadership, supporting informed decision making. Partner with CDO to implement cost management processes, driving value creation and ensuring responsible use of financial resources.
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting.
Operational Governance and Continuous Improvement
Manage governance frameworks to monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring accountability at all levels. Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and collaborate with technology and business teams to identify emerging trends and integrate them into operational strategies.
Drive initiatives to modernize business processes, ensuring scalability and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
Identify opportunities for innovation within Business Operations function, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop a high-performing team of business, program, project, and change management resources.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 20+ years of experience in Technology and/or Business Management roles; 15+ years in managerial/leadership positions.
Proven ability to lead and influence large teams and manage complex projects across multiple geographies and time zones.
Strong expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational governance.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship building skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience working with a largely outsourced workforce and managing vendor relationships.
A team player who can work across teams and as an individual contributor to achieve exceptional results.
Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into business operations to drive innovation and efficiency.
