Functional (job responsibilities)
● Design Concept & Messaging Strategy: Lead the creative strategy and storyboarding for in-branch events, producing original visual scripts and brand messaging that align with business goals.
● Branch Design & Asset Creation: Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to design all branch-facing visual assets, including digital screens, signage, wayfinding and promotional displays that aligns with brand CI.
● Identity Standardization: Create and update Visual Design guidelines and Instructional Visuals to ensure all branches maintain a uniform look and that staff can easily follow technical brand standards.
● Stakeholder Proposals & Data Insights: Develop high-impact presentations and insightful recommendations based on gathered data and feedback to obtain stakeholder buy-in for new initiatives.
● Presents ideas and recommendations: Develop high-quality, high-impact and insightful ideas/proposals based on gathered data/research to obtain buy-in from various stakeholders to advance project’s goals.
● Develop and manage communication schedule and timeline: Create systematic digital tracking and
monitoring system for end-to-end initiative/project development.
● Developing effectiveness report: Conduct effectiveness survey with key learning & insights and feedback from with improvement recommendations and develop insightful reports and improvements.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
● Lead the assigned project(s) and the required coordination for the portfolios with cross-functional teams (internal and external parties) in a collaborative spirit from ideation through completion, and proactively deployed critical path in addressing changes, and unforeseen risks with mitigation plans to ensure project deliverables are on track and the desired outcome can be achieved
● Independently manage stakeholders’ needs (nationwide branches), contributing creative inputs in managing their requests and queries, resolving any arising issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring the operationalization of the initiatives
● Establish and maintain strong networks with high-collaborative teamwork energy and practices with all stakeholders (internal & external parties) and become the main liaison to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved in a timely and efficient manner
