Executive Assistant – Woking (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Regional Managing Director. Based in Woking, this hybrid role requires three days per week in the office and includes line management of one team member. The position also involves occasional travel within the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands.

In this role, you will deliver highlevel administrative, organisational and strategic support. You will manage complex, shifting diaries, oversee inboxes, prioritise stakeholder requests, and prepare presentations, reports and board materials. You will also act as a key contact across the organisation, handling sensitive information with professionalism and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics and travel arrangements.

• Monitor inboxes, draft correspondence and maintain communication flow.

• Prepare briefing documents, presentations and reports.

• Coordinate crossfunctional projects, events and seniorlevel meetings.

• Build trusted internal and external relationships and represent the MD effectively.

• Oversee expenses, budgets and operational tasks.

• Line manage one team member.

Skills & Experience

• Proven EA experience supporting senior leaders (matrix organisation desirable).

• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.

• Comfortable working with budgets, data and confidential information.

• Confident, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
