We're looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two members of our executive team: our Founder and another Core member (to be determined.
This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with inspirational leadership at a crucial time for TrueLayer’s growth. Executive Support:
- Provide proactive and strategic diary and time management for the Founder and another Core member
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and visas.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and organise minutes where required.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and advisor, helping executives focus on what matters most.
Team & Event Support:
- Assist with planning and organising internal and external events.
- Help coordinate team offsites and important meetings.
- Support the wider office team with ad-hoc administrative and logistical tasks.
Continuously seek to improve executive operations and administrative processes.
Personal Support:
- Occasionally assist executives with ad-hoc personal errands to optimise their schedules and efficiency.
About You
- Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment, supporting C-suite leaders with confidence and precision.
- Advanced organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to stay one step ahead at all times.
- Fluent in both English and Italian, and an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
- Flexible with working hours and understanding the needs of the role, comfortable collaborating across time zones, and highly skilled in managing complex travel arrangements.
- Background in booking complex business travel.
- Highly efficient, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of stakeholders.
- High levels of ownership and accountability ; put team before own interests and enjoy being part of a highly collaborative team.
- Excited by the opportunity to travel to London around once a month (excluding summer), using these trips to build connections, stay close to the heart of the business, and immerse yourself in an international environment.
- Strong proficiency with G-Suite, Slack, TravelPerk, and MacOS.
- Able to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
We’d be extra excited if you have:
- Experience assisting with internal and external event organisation is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian.
