Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Executive Assistant in support of the Air Dominance F-15 Programs to join our dynamic team in Berkeley, Missouri!

This exciting portfolio consists of the F-15 Eagle aircraft that are critical to defense around the world. This is a rewarding, yet challenging, leadership role that reports directly to the Vice President of F-15 and has direct interface with all the internal program leadership as well as multiple US and international customers. Position Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the Vice President of F-15 and provide primary executive assistant interface with program and functional leadership
  • Lead and integrate program leadership team operations deliverables to include: Operating Rhythm, Org Optimization/Metrics, Metrics/KPI’s, Lean/productivity & optimization
  • Align program efforts and deliverables with the Air Dominance division
  • Identify key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements  
  • Ensure assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
  • Provide in-depth analysis of projects, culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans
  • Provide assessment of team performance to appropriate leadership
  • Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

Additional Position Responsibilities - Experienced Level 4:

  • Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
  • Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
  • Develops and establishes lead time requirements
  • Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
  • Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
  • Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
  • Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies

Additional Position Responsibilities - Experienced Level 5:

  • Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards
  • Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests
  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
  • Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules
  • Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry
  • Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
  • Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders
  • Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 5 years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data
  • Experience in presenting project status, progress, and changes in the project to identified project stakeholders
  • Experience building strong business partner relationships

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Level 4 & 5: 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Senior Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.

Lead Level 5: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range Senior Level 4: $118,150 - $159,850

Summary pay range Lead Level 5: $146,200 - $180,600
