Job Summary

This role provides advanced strategic administrative AND tactical support to the SVP of Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Strategy & Transformation and the leadership team. The Executive Assistant (EA) owns complex calendar orchestration, executive communications, GTM program cadence logistics (QBRs, transformation steering meetings, partner forums), executive travel, and stakeholder engagement across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Finance, Legal, Operations, and the Transformation/PMO office. The EA compiles and synthesizes data for executive reports, prepares expense reports, drafts and edits board‑level presentations, and manages sensitive information with absolute discretion. The EA anticipates needs, drives follow‑through on actions and ensures the SVP’s priorities are executed with precision and speed.

Responsibilities

Executive Support & Operations

  • Perform advanced tactical and strategic administrative support for the SVP; recognized as the senior administrative professional for the GTM & Transformation function.
  • Own the SVP’s end‑to‑end calendar: schedule complex, multi‑time‑zone meetings; manage conflicts; prioritize high‑impact appointments; prepare detailed agendas; record minutes; track decisions and actions; and proactively plan future cadence needs (QBRs, ELT touchpoints, Steering Committees).
  • Act as gatekeeper: triage and prioritize calls, emails, and meeting requests; draft responses and talking points; manage executive correspondence and follow‑ups.

Meeting & Cadence Management

  • Orchestrate GTM and Transformation governance cadence (e.g., quarterly business reviews, program increments, portfolio reviews, partner councils), ensuring pre‑reads, logistics, attendee preparedness, and post‑meeting action closure.
  • Prepare high‑quality executive presentations and briefing documents (board‑ready narratives, KPI/OKR dashboards, status updates, decision memos) with clear insights and crisp storytelling.

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Compile and synthesize data from CRM, sales operations, finance, and PMO sources to generate statistical and analytic reports supporting GTM strategy and transformation objectives.
  • Maintain trackers for initiatives, risks, decisions, and benefits realization; highlight trends, blockers, and recommendation options for leadership.

Travel & Expenses

  • Manage all aspects of executive travel (domestic/international), including visas, itineraries, contingency planning, and budget optimization; process and reconcile expenses accurately and on time.

Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders (ELT, regional leaders, partners, agencies); maintain stakeholder maps and contact lists.
  • Coordinate administrative workflows across departments (Sales, Marketing, Channel, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, Communications) to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Confidentiality & Compliance

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict adherence to protocols; ensure compliance with corporate policies and record‑keeping standards.

Team Enablement & Supervision

  • Lead and mentor entry‑level assistants or administrative support staff; establish standards, templates, and best practices for the admin function.

Education & Experience (Recommended)

  • High School Diploma/GED/Higher Secondary or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 8+ years of related experience, preferably supporting senior executives (SVP/ELT) in GTM, Sales Operations, Transformation/PMO, or comparable fast‑paced environments.

  • Workflow Management; process optimization and standard operating procedures
  • Proofreading, document version control, and quality assurance
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) and/or Google Workspace
  • Invoicing/Purchasing fundamentals; vendor coordination
  • Organizational Charts maintenance and distribution
  • Executive Information Systems; familiarity with dashboards and executive scorecards

Work Model & Travel

  • Hybrid Work Model: Minimum of three (3) days per week in office; onsite presence aligned to executive cadence and key events.
  • Travel: Up to 25%, including domestic and international trips for executive meetings, leadership offsites, partner forums, and major GTM events.

Salary

The pay range for this position is $48 to $57.70 USD per hour (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
