The Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role at the heart of the organisation, providing exceptional, proactive support to enable the CEO to deliver on strategic and operational priorities. You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, Chief of Staff, Board of Directors and the broader Executive Team, ensuring seamless coordination, forward planning, and best‑in‑class executive support.

Responsibilities:
Support to the CEO
- Manage a complex, fast‑changing executive diary with strong judgement around prioritisation, protecting time for strategic work and preparation.
- Coordinate meetings, leadership forums, and follow‑ups to ensure timely execution of actions.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for the CEO’s office, handling correspondence, calls, and stakeholder queries with confidentiality and discretion.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, talking points and executive packs to ensure the CEO is fully informed ahead of key engagements.
- Oversee inbox management, flagging priorities and drafting communications that reflect the CEO’s voice and intent.
- Manage complex domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodation, visas, and contingency planning.
- Handle sensitive information, expenses, invoices, and administrative processes with accuracy and professionalism.
- Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of executive events, strategy offsites, leadership days, and Board‑related engagements.
- Provide seamless coverage for members of the Executive Team when their dedicated assistants are unavailable.
- Collaborate closely with the broader EA/PA community to ensure alignment and effective operational rhythm across the leadership group.
Support to the Chief of Staff
- Provide calendar, administrative, and logistical support to enable delivery of strategic programmes.
- Support cross‑functional coordination and communication across teams.
- Ensure alignment between the CEO’s priorities, the Chief of Staff’s initiatives, and the wider leadership agenda.
- Liaise with internal and external partners on behalf of the Chief of Staff.
Support to the Board of Directors
- Coordinate and manage Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling, documentation, logistics, and governance timelines.
- Act as a primary liaison between the CEO’s office and Board Members, ensuring timely, accurate communication.
- Support onboarding of new Board Members, including documentation, orientation, and induction arrangements.
- Maintain the annual governance calendar in partnership with Company Secretarial and Legal teams.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience supporting a CEO or equivalent executive in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing Board‑level governance processes.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
- Advanced AI productivity skills, with the ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and 3× overall productivity.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and operate independently.
- Sound judgement, resilience, and composure in high‑pressure environments.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000
Compensation: Competitive pay and bonus eligibility
