Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Role Summary
Enerjazz is hiring an Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO on schedules, communication, documentation, and project coordination. You will play a critical role in keeping the leadership function organized, informed, and ahead of operational bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Support & Calendar Management
- Manage the CEOโs daily calendar, meetings, travel, and external engagements.
- Prepare meeting notes, decks, and pre-read documents.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items.
Communication & Documentation
- Draft emails, letters, memos, and business presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive conversations and documents.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal teams.
Cross-Functional Project Coordination
- Track progress of key cross-functional initiatives: sales, operations, logistics, finance.
- Support geographic expansion projects by preparing research and operational follow-ups.
- Help prioritize tasks and ensure execution aligns with company goals.
Admin & Operational Oversight
- Manage expenses, reimbursements, vendor follow-ups, and documentation.
- Support internal events, investor meetings, and strategic presentations.
Required Skills & Competencies
Must-Have
- Excellent communication (written + verbal).
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite / MS Office.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
- Experience in EV/automotive/startup environments.
- Prior EA experience supporting founders/CXOs.
- Analytical skills and a structured problem-solving mindset.
