**In Office Monday - Friday**
In this role, you will oversee and manage Houston corporate office operations such as supply orders, package/mail logistics, and help facilitate corporate meetings. Additionally, you will support senior market leaders by managing their schedules, market communications, expense management, and project planning.

Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements.
Project Management: Tracking projects, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Communication: Serving as a primary point of contact for the executive, handling internal and external communications, and ensuring clear and effective messaging.
Problem Solving: Anticipating needs, identifying potential issues, and proactively finding solutions.
Building Relationships: Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Experience to drive change:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a relevant field required.
A minimum of four (4) years of executive administrative support experience including heavy calendar management, travel coordination and expense management.

Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and deliver quality outcomes while effectively managing multiple competing priorities
