Reports to: President, Global Marketplace
Location: Goleta, CA - Hybrid (3 days/week)
The Role
As the Executive Assistant to the President, Global Marketplace, you’ll be a trusted partner providing high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll work across the HOKA, UGG, and Teva brands, enabling the President to lead a complex, cross-functional organization by driving efficiency, prioritization, and execution against key business objectives. Your professionalism, discretion, and business acumen will be essential in supporting the leadership team and ensuring organizational success.

Your Impact
Orchestrate and optimize the President’s complex calendar, aligning with strategic priorities and global time zones
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external meetings, including leadership forums, offsites, and partner sessions
Coordinate sophisticated domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment in communication and prioritization
Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement improvements to workflows, reporting, and administrative processes
Manage expense reporting with accuracy and integrity, ensuring alignment with company policies
Provide coordination and execution support for key business initiatives and special projects
Facilitate a high-functioning team environment by supporting departmental needs and onboarding logistics
Ensure a polished and welcoming experience for executives, partners, and guests
Contribute to global event planning and execution by providing flexible support to the Marketplace Program Manager, including logistics, communications, and operational coordination.
Who You Are
4+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a global or matrixed organization
Experience supporting C-level or senior leadership strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional presence
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and executional excellence
Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
Highly collaborative, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Agile and adaptable, with comfort navigating ambiguity and change
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
