Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to Global Head of Technology and two Senior Vice Presidents within Data and Technology (D&T) team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and confidently manages competing priorities. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, ensuring seamless operations and enabling leaders to focus on strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense management and meeting preparation.

  • Working as a team with another Executive Assistant (each person will have specific individuals to support, but are expected to back each other up).

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks across multiple leaders with discretion and efficiency.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and maintain strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

  • Light project management support and work with event management team for organization of events and support executives with team communication needs.

Qualifications

  • 7-15 years of proven experience supporting senior executives or multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
