This role ensures flawless meeting preparation, strengthens communication flow across the EMT (Executive Management Team), and coordinates with the Senior Program Manager and Personal Assistant as part of a collaborative support triad that keeps the Office of the President/CEO operating at peak performance.
***This is an in-office role at our Tukwila, WA headquarters with some flexibility for remote work once a successful relationship with the President & CEO and team is established.

- Drive Executive Meeting Excellence: Ensure meeting readiness by preparing high-quality briefing materials, collaborating across teams for accurate content, tracking decisions and follow-ups, and maintaining institutional knowledge of executive rhythms and expectations.
- Manage Information & Communications Flow: Triage and prioritize communications, safeguard sensitive information, act as a key liaison with internal and external partners, draft executive-level communications in the CEO’s voice, and ensure leaders are informed—never surprised.
- Exercise Sound Judgment & Confidentiality: Handle confidential matters with care, professionalism, and discretion—earning trust through thoughtful decision-making.
- Coordinate Travel & Executive Events: Plan and execute seamless domestic and international travel, manage expenses and vendors, organize executive-level events, and prepare comprehensive travel briefings that support efficiency and comfort.
