As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting executive leadership by providing high-level administrative assistance. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for collaboration. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize executive calendars, meetings, and communications to support business priorities.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Prepare high-quality materials such as presentations, agendas, reports, and correspondence.
  • Anticipate executive needs, proactively resolving issues and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and execute meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and materials.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely follow-through.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage key business data, tracking tools, and proposal-related

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a role providing high-level administrative support. 
  • Experience in a role where you were successful in task prioritization, managing multiple deadlines, and executing under pressure. 
  • Experience in a role where you passionately demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail, cross department collaboration, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. 
  • Construction or related industry experience preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Microsoft Teams, Bridget Bench, and Click Up experience or equivalent a plus. 
  • Experience with prequalification’s, take-offs, bids, and scheduling a plus. 

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
