Executive Assistant

What will you be doing?
 

We are looking for a self-motivated Executive Assistant to Senior Vice President (Chief Revenue Officer and Deputy Head of EMS). This role requires attention to detail, proven organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests. The Executive Assistant will act as a flawless extension of the director and will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is important, as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete sophisticated tasks quickly, and autonomously and react with appropriate vitality to situations that require a quick turnaround. You can work optimally in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.

  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, agendas, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Event planning for key meetings, events, and off-sites including coordinating conference/meeting room set-up, ordering catering, and making logistical arrangements
  • Provide high-level support to efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives on time.
  • Contribute across the business and provide structure and organization wherever possible.
  • Act as the point of contact and maintain executive, customer, and employee confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Supporting some office operations and onboarding of new employees.

  • Experience from a similar role
  • Proficiency in both English and Danish
  • Efficient in business software and business systems processes and approvals
  • Work across the organization with different collaborators
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills
  • Validated experience working with critical information
  • Structured and detailed-oriented
