Executive Assistant

Join Mimecast as an Executive Assistant, supporting the SVP of North America Sales and the SVP of Revenue Operations. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll be an essential partner to the leadership team, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate appointments, conferences, and team offsites. Prepare agendas, manage presenters, and track action items.
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring efficient itineraries and compliance with policies.
  • Expense & Procurement Support: Prepare and reconcile expense reports (Concur), manage invoices, and oversee office supply procurement.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate onboarding for new sales leaders, including scheduling, IT setup, and workspace arrangements.
  • Presentation & Documentation: Create and edit presentations, reports, and other materials while handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Business Operations: Maintain organization charts, track hiring activities, and respond to routine information requests.
  • Systems & Technical Support: Utilize tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and OneDrive to streamline operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted liaison across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • Project & Event Coordination: Manage special projects and events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, HR, Legal, and Finance teams to support business objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: Extensive experience as an EA supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, NetSuite, Salesforce, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to changing situations.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
