At Mercury, we’re building financial products to help startups and small businesses scale. Turns out this requires a lot of strategic administrative support, so we are hiring an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will primarily support our Engineering, Product & Design groups. You will largely be focused on partnering deeply and supporting leadership in their day-to-day from calendaring to meeting preparation. You will also drive efficiencies always looking for ways to proactively get in front of challenges.
We are looking for someone who is unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and who welcomes suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes.
The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits.
Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
