Executive Assistant
Overview
This position reports into the Executive Vice President, Core Products
• The Senior Business Assistant is responsible for providing support to one Executive Vice President and two Senior Vice Presidents and their teams
• The role includes performing general administrative duties such as scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, purchase order management and calendar management in support of the EVP's and SVPs
Role
• Schedule meetings, arrange conferences and ensure all meeting support is appropriately coordinated
• Make travel arrangements as needed, prepare packets for travel and prepare expense reports following the trip. Prepare briefing packets in conjunction with EVP's and SVPs.
• Administer programs, projects or processes specific to Product and maintain spreadsheets or databases to monitor departmental information
• Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company as needed and liaise with the Senior Executive Business Admin as needed
• Assist with new hire on-boarding process in conjunction with HR
• Manage other day-to-day tasks as needed to support the team – answer phones, coordinate with facilities, mail room, help desk, etc. as necessary
All About You
• Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and customers required
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS office products, excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook a must
• Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to function well in a busy and varied environment and work well under pressure
• Knowledge of Mastercard, payments and Mastercard systems e.g., Ariba, Oracle, Salesforce is helpful

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges
Purchase, New York: $69,000 - $107,000 USD
