Bachelor's Degree PLUS two (2) years of administrative or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED Plus six (6) years of administrative or related experience

Must be able to interact well with others one-on-one and as part of a team.
Ability to set priorities and maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple deadlines.
Possess a high degree of initiative for independent work
Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
Computer experience and the ability to learn additional programs as needed
Additional Information:
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for leadership
Prepare agendas, correspondence, reports, and other executive materials
Provide general administrative support to faculty and departmental leadership
Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities for the Radiation Oncology Department
Support departmental projects, initiatives, and workflow management
Assist with committee coordination, including scheduling, materials preparation, and documentation
Assist with HR-related processes and documentation
Ensure adherence to institutional policies and procedures
Manage purchasing activities in compliance with institutional guidelines
Coordinate travel arrangements, reimbursements, and related documentation
Support miscellaneous projects and departmental needs as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned
