Provide executive support to CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and prioritizing meetings to optimize time and efficiency
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes and follow-up on action items
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Support the CEO in preparing presentations, reports and correspondence
Manage travel arrangements, logistics and expense reporting
Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in relevant administrative support roles, preferably in financial services or professional services industries
Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High level of professionalism and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
