Pay Range
$32.45 - $48.70Education and Experience Requirements:
3 to 5 years progressively responsible secretarial experience required.
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Prepares letters, forms and reports from rough draft and corrected copies; may also transcribe dictation.
Copies reports and records and prepares periodic reports. Organizes and maintains administrative files.
Answers telephone, screens calls, takes message, or transfers to appropriate person or voicemail.
Coordinates routine meetings, including preparation of agendas, compilation of materials for the meetings.
Coordinates travel arrangements.
Receives and ensures resolution to patient and/or employee complaints.
Opens all incoming correspondence and maintains confidentiality.
Prepares presentations for the Executives using PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Physical Requirements
Works in an office setting.
Sight, hearing and speech capabilities sufficient to communicate well with individuals and groups.
