The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support for the President/Executive Producer across a fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic environment. The Executive Assistant will act as the primary liaison between the President/Exec Producer and internal FOX Sports executives and external executives. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, expense reports, and coordinate travel. The Executive Assistant must be highly organized, with the ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.

The Executive Assistant will effectively balance changing demands and a dynamic schedule and will function well under pressure. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will have the opportunity to build collaborative relationships with other executives and assistants throughout the company. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-31.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
