The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to multiple senior leadership within the Evernorth organization. This position performs diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. Initiates routine and some non-routine correspondence and memoranda. Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiries. Prepares reports and deliverables for executive leadership. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings. Utilizes the assistance of one or more lower level administrative assistants on a reporting or project basis. Typically reserved for assistants supporting Executive Directors, Executive Vice Presidents, or Executive Senior Vice Presidents.
Essential Functions
Anticipate organizational needs and perform administrative functions
Manage leader calendars including scheduling and coordination of internal and external meeting invitations
Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings and presentations
Handle department invoicing process, coordinate with procurement and accounts payable
Schedule and manage leader travel and expense reporting process
Partner with stakeholders on project needs
Provide logistical support for department
Coordinate onboarding for new employees
Manipulate data and prepare reports using spreadsheets
Compose communications, memos and correspondence
Special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED
4+ years of experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Experience in Project Coordination
